R.I.S.E.

Lasting change doesn’t happen in a single moment. It happens when young people have the time, tools, relationships, and safe spaces to understand what they’ve experienced, recognize how those experiences show up in their lives, and intentionally choose how to respond.

Through our R.I.S.E. extended programming, we take participants beyond simply learning coping skills.

Students will have the opportunity to explore the areas of their lives that influence how they think, feel, respond, connect, make decisions, and see themselves.

Beginning with Restore, participants examine 19 areas of restoration—from nervous system regulation, identity, and navigating family dynamics to physical wellness, creativity, financial stability, and more.

From there, they learn to live with greater Intention,

implement Self-Love and Self-Care routines into their daily lives,

and Evolve into who they were created to be by consistently applying what they’ve learned with accountability and peer support.

The extended format creates something a one-time experience cannot: time to practice.

Time to reflect. Time to build trust. Time to recognize patterns. Time to try new responses, make mistakes, receive support, and try again — all within a safe space.

The goal isn’t to teach young people how to temporarily manage what they feel.

It’s to help them understand themselves well enough to develop a sense of agency.

Our motto is simple: Fight for Regulation. Run from Survival Mode. Hide from Nothing.

Why Choose Our Extended Programming?
