Michale has the privilege of serving in some of the most underserved communities and spreading a message of hope and resilience. As a speaker and educational consultant Michale has been able to travel the country but what she is most proud of is her family.

Before Michale Taylor became a speaker, she was a student whose nervous system was fighting for survival every single day

From Teacher tormentor to burnout preventor

As a young person, Michale was the student teachers struggled to reach. Born addicted to drugs and alcohol, raised on the west side of Columbus, OH, and forced to grow up faster than most, she carried experiences into the classroom that often showed up as anger, defiance, disengagement, and conflict.

But what looked like a behavior problem on the outside was survival underneath.

What changed wasn’t another consequence, behavior plan, or policy.

It was a person…

An adult whose regulated, attuned presence became the co-regulation Michale's nervous system had been starving for. That experience didn't just change her life. It became her life's work.

Today, Michale brings that same regulated, attuned presence into every school, every gymnasium, and every workshop she enters.

Her message is always the same: Your nervous system is doing exactly what it was designed to do - SURVIVE!

Through everything Michale endured, she graduated high school 12th in her class with a 3.8 GPA and made history at Briggs High School as a 1,000+ point scorer on the basketball court.

She went on to earn her Master of Business Administration, specializing in entrepreneurial studies—proving that the same young person once seen through the lens of behavior was capable of far more than what others could see on the surface.

Founded in 2018 by Michale Taylor, a national speaker and a Level II-certified trauma-competent educational consultant.
