School Assembly: Self-Regulation & Nervous System Education for K-12 Students

In this high-energy, deeply personal school assembly, Michale brings the science of self-regulation to students in a way they can feel, understand, and immediately apply.

R.I.S.E. (Restore & Rebirth. Intentional Living. Self-Love & Self-Care. Evolution.) is Michale's flagship multi-session program designed to give students a deep, sustained education in self-regulation and co-regulation across weeks and months — not just hours.

 

Each session builds on the last, developing students' ability to:
